Hello, I have suffered for many years from mental health issues. I am a 50 year old lady. I have recently discovered the calming benefits of colouring in. When I colour, my mind relaxes. I love it. Everyone buys me crayons as gifts, and I give my finished art as gifts to family members. I think doctors should prescribe colouring pens and books instead of Prozac! Thankyou and happy colouring!
